of our childrens books sends a message.
They offer hope. They offer
security. They offer a window of
opportunity to really TALK to your child. But we couldnt stop there
Our
childrens books challenge even the youngest child to see things
differently. How can they learn to
abandon their feelings of prejudice?
How can they deal with childhood fears and anxieties? We even subtly ask the question...How can a
young child change the world? Figuring
if no-one asksthe question simply will not get answered. Reading
our stories can open a door of discussion with a young child. Such discussions are invaluable during
times of transition or growth, sometimes alerting a busy parent to
a problem that they did not anticipate or thoroughly understand. |
